There was a time when I had the same self image problem that a lot of women have. No matter how thin I got I still thought that I needed to lose weight and would spend more and more time in the gym trying to slim down even further. Every time that I gained a little bit of weight I would flip out and go into a frenzy trying to lose it again. This continued until I finally decided that I needed to put a stop to the cycle. I went online and started doing research that showed me that I was already at my ideal weight and did not need to lose any more. Armed with this knowledge I made some changes so that I was still going to the gym to work out each day but I was doing it to remain healthy and active instead of trying to lose pounds that I did not need to lose.
