My doctor told me that I had to start watching my carbs. I didn’t really understand a lot about carbs but I knew I was going to change that. There was a time when I had the same self image problem that a lot of women have. No matter how thin I got I still thought that I needed to lose weight and would spend more and more time in the gym trying to slim down even further.
